What have you and your family been doing since graduation:

I was a VP at Crossland until July 1, 1983 when I was transferred to Friendly HS as a VP. I retired from Friendly on July 1, 1989 after 30 years in the school system.

I became the Assistant Principal of the Boys' School at the Islamic Saudi Academy in January, 1991 and was there until August, 2002. It is, of course, a Muslim School and a very fascinating but frustrating place. Yes, I was there on September 11 which is a book within itself.

I have also worked as a Warranty Administrator for a local auto dealership, as a field interviewer for the University of Chicago, an Election Judge in Prince George's County and as a Test Center Administrator for a computer based testing company.

I had to retire in December 2007 when my wife (Lou) had some serious health challenges. I also have had some recent problems but with God's healing powers and faith we are doing well. In fact, I hope to work for the 2010 Census.

I look forward to seeing the members of the Class of 1969 in October.

God Bless!!!

E. Vest
